
Mann returns to Eskimo lineup

(Edmonton) The Edmonton Eskimos have signed free agent import wide receiver Maurice Mann, the club announced today.
Mann played in the last three games of the season with the Eskimos in 2007. He recorded nine receptions for 127 yards. A fifth round pick (149th overall) of the Cincinnati Bengals in the 2004 NFL Draft, Mann has also spent time on the practice squads of the Miami Dolphins, (2004), Seattle Seahawks (2005) and Minnesota Vikings (2006) where he dressed for one regular season game (Sept 24/06 vs. Chicago). Mann attended the Cleveland Browns 2007 training camp. Most recently he attended the Washington Redskins training camp where caught 11 passes in the NFL preseason - second-most on the Redskins roster - but was cut on the final day of training camp.
