Majors and Tim Hortons Team Up for Community Day

Mississauga, ON - The Mississauga St. Michael's Majors are pleased to be teaming up with corporate sponsor, Tim Hortons, to present Tim Hortons Community Day on Saturday, February 28. Fans are invited to join the Majors at Burnhamthorpe Community Centre's outdoor rink, located at 1500 Gulleden Drive, for a fun-filled day with the entire Majors team - free of charge!

The special event will take place from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., including a free public skate with Majors players from 12 p.m. to 12:30 p.m. and then a Majors skills demonstration from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.! There will be free coffee, hot chocolate and Timbits available on-site, courtesy of Tim Hortons, and great prizes to be given away. Don't forget to bring your skates! See you there!

Mississauga jumpstarts another weekend road trip tonight when they visit the Barrie Colts at 7:30 p.m. Then, they travel to take on the Sudbury Wolves tomorrow evening at 7:30 p.m. and the Oshawa Generals on Sunday afternoon at 2:05 p.m. All Majors road games are available via webcast at the Majors website (www.stmichaelsmajors.com).
