In the completion of Sunday's suspended game, Mycal Jones blasted a pinch-hit three-run home run in the bottom of the ninth to tie the game at 5-5. Marrero then launched a walkoff two-run shot off the batter's eye to lift the M-Braves to a 7-5 victory.

The M-Braves and Blue Wahoos resumed Sunday's suspended game Monday afternoon with Pensacola leading 4-0 in the bottom of the fourth. Marrero led off with a double to right field. He moved to third on a ground out before coming in to score on a Braeden Schlehuber ground out to second, making it a 4-1 game.

Marrero blasted a solo home run into the Farm Bureau Grill to cut Pensacola's lead to 4-2 in the bottom of the eighth. The Blue Wahoos responded in the top of the ninth when Theo Bowe launched a solo shot off the Farm Bureau Grill sign in right field to make it 5-2.

In Monday's regularly scheduled contest, Pensacola held the M-Braves hitless until Jose Martinez singled with one out in the bottom of the fourth. Gus Schlosser had held the Blue Wahoos to one hit through four frames as well.

Pensacola's Joe Mather reached on a throwing error by the shortstop to start the top of the sixth. He moved up to second on the throw and came around to score on Tucker Barnhart's double to right field, giving the Blue Wahoos a 1-0 advantage.

Dan Brewer walked with one out to start the bottom of the sixth for the M-Braves. He swiped second and took third when the catcher threw the ball into center field. Bethancourt then delivered a RBI-single through the right side to tie the game at 1-1.

Jones and Brewer started the bottom of the eighth with back-to-back singles. Phil Gosselin reached on a error by the shortstop to load the bases with one out. Bethancourt followed with the walkoff ground-rule double to lift the M-Braves to a 3-1 victory over Pensacola.
