
M-Braves and Lookouts Postponed on Friday Night

PEARL, MS - Friday night's game between the Mississippi Braves and Chattanooga Lookouts has been postponed due to rain. The game will be made up as part one of a Saturday doubleheader at Trustmark Park beginning at 4:00 pm. Gates will open at 3:30 pm.
Saturday's games will be seven innings in length with game two starting 30 minutes after the conclusion of game one. The Braves are 5-8 this season in seven-inning contests with Saturday's twin bill being the fourth this season at Trustmark Park, including three suspended games.
Fans with tickets to Friday's game will be allowed to exchange their tickets for any of the M-Braves remaining regular-season home games at the Trustmark Park box office.
Saturday is another Trustmark Super Sensational Saturday at Trustmark Park, featuring Post-Game Fireworks and $10,000 Dash For Cash! Also, be sure to dress up like your favorite Princess for Princess Night! There we be a pregame Princess parade on the field!
The pitching matchups for Saturday's doubleheader have yet to be determined. The M-Braves are currently in third place, 4.5 games back, in the Southern League South Division standings with 18 games remaining in the regular season. After Saturday's doubleheader, Mississippi will travel to Mobile for a five-game set against the BayBears at Hank Aaron Stadium.
