With Lynch and Ferreira added, the Gulls' roster for 2005-06 now sits at six. Team captain Jonathon Shockey, Guillaume Fournier, Grady Moore and Nick Boucher have also been signed.
Lynch, 27, re-joins the Gulls for his second season after posting 24 points (13g, 11a) and 101 penalty minutes for the Blue and Orange last season. San Diego acquired the 5-foot-11-inch, 210-pound native of Duxbury, Mass. last November from the Reading Royals.

Besides the Gulls and Royals, Lynch has also played in the ECHL for the Trenton Titans and Greenville Grrrowl. In 2003-04, he notched a career-high 40 points (21g, 19a) for Greenville and was named to the ECHL All-Star Team.
Ferreira, 24, appeared in San Diego's final three games last season, notching two points (1g, 1a). After finishing his collegiate career, he signed with the Gulls on April 6 and scored a goal in his professional debut. The 6-foot-3-inch, 205-pound rookie from Wilmington, Mass. played four years at Curry College.
The Gulls open their third season in the ECHL Friday, Oct. 21 in Alaska and open their home schedule Saturday, Nov. 5 against Stockton. Season ticket packages are currently on sale.
