Lugnuts Announce Official 2018 Opening Day Roster

Lansing Lugnuts News Release
LANSING, Mich. - In conjunction with the Toronto Blue Jays, the Lansing Lugnuts announced an Opening Day roster comprising 25 active players and five players on the Disabled List.
The Lugnuts open their 23rd Midwest League season at 6:05 p.m. tonight at Dow Diamond, sending right-hander Yennsy Diaz against Great Lakes Loons right-hander Max Gamboa.
The Nuts return to Cooley Law School Stadium to host the Loons over the weekend, beginning with an Opening Day Block Party at 3 p.m. on Saturday leading up to a 7:05 p.m. first pitch. The first 1,000 fans through the gates will receive a commemorative Lugnut-themed scarf presented by Auto-Owners Insurance. LAFCU Fireworks will follow the game.
