
Lucas Kruel Returning as Strength and Conditioning Coach

Hartford Athletic announced today that Lucas Kruel will return as the Strength and Conditioning coach in 2020. Kruel hails from Porto Alegre, Brazil and is also the Founder and Head Trainer of Nou Performance based in Munich, Germany. Kruel and his team train over 50 players who compete in the Bundesliga, La Liga, Premier League, and Serie A including serving as personal trainer to Douglas Costa, Rafinha, and Thiago Alcantara. Kruel also runs the #TRUSTMYCOACH Online Training Program which is based on the actual workouts he gives to pro athletes and is adapted to people of all ages, fitness levels, and performance goals.
