Loyd Comes up Big in 905 Win over Legends

LAS VEGAS - The Raptors 905 defeated the Texas Legends 111-102 to finish their trip to the 2018 MGM Resorts NBA G League Winter Showcase. Guard Jordan Loyd recorded 33 points, seven assists, seven steals and six rebounds in the victory.
Loyd, a two-way player with the 905's NBA affiliate the Toronto Raptors, has now scored 30-plus points in six games this season. He averaged 31.5 points, 5.5 assists, 5.0 rebounds and 4.5 steals in his two matchups at the Showcase.
Deng Adel added 25 points and eight rebounds for the 905 while guard Daryl Macon led Texas with 16 points and 10 assists in the loss.
The 905 improves to 13-6 with the win while the Legends fall to 8-13 with the loss.
