Lowell Devils to Host Youth Hockey Tournament

LOWELL, Mass. - The Lowell Devils are proud to announce the details for the Future Stars Tourney, a youth hockey tournament for Mites that will take place October 6th - 8th at Conway Ice Arena in Nashua, NH.

Teams are invited to sign up for the tournament, with registration limited to 16 teams in four divisions. Each team that participates will play in at least four games, with a championship game for each level, A, B, C and D. The championship team in each division will win a tournament trophy to display at their home rink. Additionally, one team will have the opportunity to win a tour of the Lowell Devils locker room. Ask a Devils representative for details.

Each child will receive a Lowell Devils tournament medal, a Devils mini-stick and a ticket to the Devils regular season home opener on Saturday, October 13th. The tournament is sanctioned by USA Hockey, and all participating teams must be USA Hockey members as well. During the tournament, the Devils mascot, Devil Dawg, and select players will sign autographs and pose for pictures. "We're proud to host a tournament of this kind," said Devils Executive Director Chris Ciceri. "We believe it to be one of the only youth hockey tournaments in the Merrimack Valley for Mites, and are thrilled to put this on for the kids of the area."
