CONEY ISLAND, NY - Ranfy Adon collected a career-high four hits, sending the Brooklyn Marble Rye, the Short Season affiliate of the New York Mets, to a 3-1 victory over the West Virginia Black Bears on Seinfeld Night at MCU Park in front of 7,302 in the series opener.

BIG MOMENTS

Ranfy Adon's two-RBI double in the bottom of the first gave the Marble Rye a 2-0 advantage. He singled and scored in the sixth on Antoine Duplantis' run-scoring infield single.

P.J. Conlon, rehabbing from the Syracuse Mets, tossed two scoreless innings, striking out two in his return to Coney Island.

West Virginia tallied its only run on Matthew Frazier's RBI double in the sixth.
