Loudoun United FC Acquire Defender EruMuse Momoh

Loudoun United FC have acquired defender EruMuse Momoh ahead of the 2020 USL Championship season.

"EruMuse is another local player coming out of Silver Spring and he had an incredible collegiate career at Penn," Head Coach, Ryan Martin, said. "He plays anywhere in the back line and has a great feel for the game. We are excited to welcome a talented player with great character like Erumuse.

Momoh is a Silver Springs, Md. native and attended McDonogh School where he won two MIAA state championships and was selected to play in the High School All-American Game. Following his high school career, the defender committed to play at the University of Pennsylvania in the Ivy League.

Momoh played four seasons for the University of Pennsylvania from 2015-2018. While in college, Momoh scored two goals and recorded three assists in 60 appearances (49 starts). His first collegiate goal came in his freshman year against St. Joseph's on Sept. 29, 2015. Momoh recorded his first assist against Dartmouth on October 15, 2016. As a senior in 2018, Momoh helped the University of Pennsylvania to the best defensive record in the Ivy League with seven shutouts.
