Lookouts Lose Game Four Early
August 21, 2019 - Southern League (SL1)
Chattanooga Lookouts News Release
The Lookouts get blasted in an early hitting display by the BayBears in their 12-4 loss last night. Mobile scored in the first three innings and when the dust settled it was a 9-0 lead. Starter Reiver Sanmartin was chased in the third inning with only three of the seven runs earned as the Looks defense committed three errors that help lead their charge. While the Lookouts bats were productive their scoring was not. Leaving eight men in scoring position and a total of eleven on base didn't help matters. Hitting highlights included three singles for Michael O'Neil, two hits for Calten Daal, three hits and two runs for Alberti Chavez as well as a two hit night for Gaven LaValley. It just wasn't enough to produce the victory. Final game of the series Thursday has RHP-Wendolyn Bautista(1-2,5.26) taking the mound opposing RHP-Oliver Oretga(0-2,9.53).
Hear the Game on 98.1 The Lake and at MiLB.com beginning at 7:20 EDT.
