
Lookouts Complete Six-Game Sweep of Blue Wahoos

Chattanooga Lookouts News Release
The Chattanooga Lookouts won 6-2, to complete the series sweep of the Pensacola Blue Wahoos and extend their winning streak to 6 games.
Miguel Hernandez got things going quickly for the home team, smacking a homer over the left-field fence to give the team to early 1-0 lead in the second. They added to their lead when Rece Hinds drove home two runs in the fourth.
Starting pitcher Julian Aguiar only allowed one run in his 4.1 innings with one strikeout.
Chattanooga increased their lead to five in the seventh. Quincy McAfee smacked an RBI single and rounded home on a passed ball. The third run of the inning came home on a throwing error.
In the win, Jacob Hurtubise was 1-for-1 with three walks and three steals.
After an off day tomorrow, Chattanooga heads to Birmingham for a six-game series before returning home on August 22.
