
Lock Monsters Assign Eight

Lowell, MA - The Lowell Lock Monsters announced today that they have released the second round of players from training camp. The list of players assigned to the Florida Everblades (ECHL) includes forwards Keith Anderson, Don Smith, Laurent Meunier, Tom Nelson, defensemen Peter Reynolds, Jared Newman and Shaun Fisher and goaltender Daniel Boisclair.
The latest assignments follow the release of five prospects from Carolina's training camp on October 5th. The five players assigned from Lowell include forwards Jeff Heerema, Craig MacDonald, defensemen Nikos Tselios and Tomas Malec and goaltender Jean-Marc Pelletier. The Lock Monsters roster currently stands at 23.
The Lock Monsters mark the beginning of their fifth anniversary season with their home opener on October 12th against the Manchester Monarchs at 7:00 pm.
