
Liberty to Celebrate Noche Latina Game on September 19

NEW YORK - In honor of Hispanic Heritage Month, the New York Liberty will celebrate Noche Latina on Tuesday, September 19 when the team takes on the Washington Mystics at Barclays Center in Game 2 of their First Round playoff series at 7 p.m. ET.
The evening's programming will feature custom game presentation elements, a Jean-Michael Basquiat-Inspired art exhibit by NYC students in Section 23, concessions from Nenes Taqueria outside Section 7, a special halftime performance from Bronx-native, Tony Sunshine, and a postgame happy hour in 40/40 club for ticketed fans (RSVP here).
The Brooklyn Public Library will be featured near Section 7, providing free Spanish children's books to the public and sign-ups for library cards. Additionally, the Liberty will be hosting two NYC-based community groups, Voces Latinas and The Committee For Hispanic Children and Families, for a special game night experience.
All fans in attendance will receive custom New York Liberty Noche Latina rally towels.
