Lehigh Valley IronPigs News Release
The second-place IronPigs (15-13) play Game Three of a four-game series against the first-place Columbus Clippers (22-6) at Huntington Park. With a 10-7 loss to Columbus last night, the Pigs fell to 1-1 on this eight-game, West Division road trip. Still, the Pigs have won five of their last seven games and, over a longer span, are 8-5 in their last 13 contests... The Clippers -- Cleveland's top affiliate -- have won 14 of its last 15 affairs since 4/20 (including a 13-game winning streak) and still own the best record in all of MiLB (at 21-8, Daytona is the only other 20+ wins)...
RHP Eddie Bonine (2-3, 3.38) will start for LHV against LHP David Huff (3-0, 3.19).
First-pitch tonight is scheduled for 7:05 p.m.... The series concludes Sunday at 1:05 p.m.
