Legends Host Draft Party at Henry's Tavern

FRISCO, TX, (Oct. 24, 2013) - With the season right around the corner the Texas Legends, presented by Veracruz (visit Veracruz.mx), have announced an opportunity for fans to get a sneak preview of the 2013-14 roster. The 2013 NBA D-League Draft will begin at 6pm CT on Nov. 1st and Legends' fans will have the chance to experience the draft live from the team's "War Room". The team's Draft Party will take place at Henry's Tavern located in the Shops of Legacy.

Legends' Owner Donnie Nelson and Head Coach/General Manager Eduardo Najera will use picks 5, 22, 56, 73, 90, 107, 124, and 141 to round out the Legends training camp roster.

Henry's Tavern is located on the Northeast corner of Bishop Rd and Legacy Dr at 5741 Legacy Dr #100 in Plano. The Tavern will offer food and drink specials, and fans will have have the opportunity to meet Nelson and Najera along with Legends' Mascot Dunker and members of the 2013-14 Dance Team.

The Draft Party will be the official kickoff for the Legends' season which begins at home Nov. 22nd against the Fort Wayne Mad Ants. For more information on Legends' events visit www.TexLegends.com or call 214-469-0822.
