
Legends' Comeback Falls Short Against Skyforce

Frisco, TX - The Texas Legends, presented by Veracruz (visit Veracruz.mx), fought back from a 30-point deficit, but were unable to hang on falling to the Sioux Falls Skyforce 95-101.
The Legends went into halftime down by 27 points, but outscored the Skyforce 35-17 in the third quarter. The rally continued with a 17-6 run at the beginning of the fourth. Sean Singletary scored nine points before the five-minute mark to put the Legends up 88-86. Sioux Falls' Donald Sloan scored eight of the last 14 points to finalize the victory.
The Legends were led by newly acquired Luther Head, who came off the bench to tally 21 pts, 6 reb, and 1 ast, and Justin Dentmon (20 pts, 1 reb).
Sioux Falls' Sloan had a game-high 29 pts, 5 reb, and 4 ast.
The Legends will return to action tomorrow night as they host the Idaho Stampede at 7pm at Veracruz Court. The Legends will be in customized uniforms as we honor America's true legends in Military Appreciation Night. For tickets or information call 214-469-0822.
