Legends Acquire Returning Player Rights to Isaiah Brown

FRISCO, TX, - The Texas Legends have acquired the returning player rights to Isaiah Brown in a trade with the Santa Cruz Warriors. In return, Texas sends their 2022-23 NBA G League Draft 2nd round pick.
Brown (6-7, 180, Northern Iowa) played four years at Northern Iowa averaging 9.2 points, 4.1 rebounds, and 2.3 assists as a senior and earning Missouri Valley Conference Defensive Player of the Year. Brown joined Santa Cruz late in his rookie season but put up 4.0 points and 1.8 rebounds in 4 games for the Warriors.
The Legends will tip off the 2021-22 season with a double-header on the road against the Lakeland Magic November 5-6. The team makes their return to the Comerica Center November 12 hosting the Birmingham Squadron at 7:30pm. For the full season schedule visit www.TexLegends.com
