
Lancers Acquire Mikhail Katin

OMAHA, NE. - The Omaha Lancers of the Unites States Hockey League have acquired Defenseman, Mikhail Katin from the Muskegon Lumberjacks in exchange for a 2024 7th Round, Phase I draft pick.
Katin, 17, of Moscow, Russia joins the Lancers after skating in 20 games with the Muskegon Lumberjacks this season. Still within his rookie year playing in the United States, the 6-foot-6, 200 pound defenseman is a top prospect for next year's NHL Draft.
Prior to any USHL experience, Katin most recently played in the MHL back in Russia for Krasnaya Armiya Moskva in his hometown.
