
Lake Monsters at Connecticut Postponed

NORWICH, CT --- The New York-Penn League game between the Vermont Lake Monsters and Connecticut Tigers scheduled for Wednesday night has been postponed due to rain at Dodd Stadium.
The two teams will play a doubleheader at Connecticut on Thursday beginning at 6:05 pm. with Vermont (21-10) holding a five-game lead over Connecticut (16-15) for first-place in the Stedler Division.
The Lake Monsters return home to open a seven-game homestand on Friday at 7:05 pm against Lowell with a Champ Bobblehead Giveaway to the first 750 fans. Former Major League pitcher Luis Tiant with be at historic Centennial Field on Saturday as Vermont hosts the Spinners beginning at 6:05 pm.
