
LAFC to Host Real Salt Lake in Club's First Playoff Game Thursday, November 1st

The Los Angeles Football Club (LAFC) is set to host Real Salt Lake on Thursday, November 1 for the Knockout Round of the Audi 2018 MLS Cup Playoffs. Kickoff at Banc of California Stadium is slated for 7:30 p.m. PT and will be broadcast live on ESPN 2, UniMás, ESPN LA 710 and 980 AM "La Mera La Mera'.
The Club finishes their inaugural season in third in the Western Conference after falling 2-1 to Sporting Kansas City at Children's Mercy Park on Sunday afternoon. Sporting headed into halftime with a 1-0 lead after a 37th minute goal by midfielder Roger Espinoza. Forward Carlos Vela put LAFC on the board in the 63rd minute before Kansas City forward Daniel Salloi added the game winning goal for Sporting in the 72nd minute.
