
LA Tech Duo Sign with MoonDogs

MANKATO, MN - The Mankato MoonDogs, a member of the Northwoods League, are excited to announce the addition of two Louisiana Tech Bulldogs.
Sean Ullrich, red shirt junior outfielder, has started the season off strong for the Bulldogs. Currently hitting .364, Sean also leads the team in runs scored with 12 to go along with his four doubles and four RBIs. The Ballwin, MO product has started all 12 games he's played in for LA Tech after taking the field in 56 games for Johnson County CC in 2015 while hitting .316 on the season.
Ullrich will be joined in Mankato by junior infielder Jordan Washam. Also in his first year with LA Tech, Washam is hitting .286 through 11 games for the Bulldogs. Washam has made eight starts in 2016, logging a .310 OBP accompanied by three steals. In 2015 Jordan played for Hinds CC, where he led the team in batting average (.369), doubles (17), triples (2), and stolen bases (11).
