
LA Galaxy to Enhance Tailgating Experience at StubHub Center

CARSON, Calif. (Friday, Jan. 30, 2014) - The LA Galaxy announced today that StubHub Center will feature an enhanced tailgating experience for Galaxy games starting in 2015, allowing fans extended opportunities for pre-game festivities in designated StubHub Center parking lots.
The improvements will give fans the opportunity to grill and dine from their vehicles. For more information on new tailgating policies, click here.
In October 2014, the Galaxy and AEG announced a $15 million investment to improve facilities and fan experiences at StubHub Center. In addition to installing a 5,100 square foot LED video board that will be the largest in MLS, the Galaxy will also further brand StubHub Center, including dedicated merchandise stores, the concourse, player tunnel and surrounding walls on the outside of the stadium.
In the past two years, the Galaxy and StubHub Center have made upwards of $3.5 million dollars in improvements to the soccer specific stadium. The Galaxy built the Champions Lounge, an all-inclusive premium club which opened July 4, 2013. The City National Bank Bar was built and also opened July 4, 2013. In 2014, the Galaxy and StubHub Center partnered with Rock & Brews to open its first stadium venue location. In addition, the soccer-specific stadium has also built additional bar and concession areas throughout the stadium to provide an all-encompassing food and beverage experience at StubHub Center.
The LA Galaxy will open the 2015 MLS Season with a match against the Chicago Fire at StubHub Center on Friday, March 6 beginning at 7 p.m. PT. The game will be broadcast live nationally on UniMás.
Season tickets for the 2015 MLS season are on sale now, starting as low as $19.50 per game.
