LA Galaxy II to Face Ventura County Fusion in Second Round of U.S. Open Cup

CARSON, Calif. (Thursday, May 14, 2015) - LA Galaxy II will face the Ventura County Fusion on Wednesday, May 20th in a Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup second-round match at StubHub Center's Track & Field Stadium at 7:30 p.m. PT. Should Los Dos advance, the team would then host the winner of a matchup between Orange County Blues FC and PSA Elite on Wednesday, May 27th in the tournament's third round.
Tickets for the match are only $10 and can be purchased here. The match will feature $2 tacos from Chancho's Tacos and $2 beer in addition to free parking and free entry for fans ages 12 and under.
The Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup, recognized as U.S. Soccer's National Club Championship, is an annual competition open to all amateur and professional soccer teams affiliated with U.S. Soccer. The tournament has crowned a champion for 101 consecutive years dating from 1914. In 1999, the competition was renamed to honor American soccer pioneer Lamar Hunt. This is Galaxy II's second year competing in the tournament.
Season tickets to remaining Galaxy II USL home matches are $24 while single-game tickets can be purchased for $10 each.
