Hounds to Host WV Chaos in U.S. Open Cup

PITTSBURGH (May 14, 2015) - The Pittsburgh Riverhounds will host the West Virginia Chaos in the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup second round next Wednesday, May 20, at Highmark Stadium. Kickoff is at 7 p.m.

West Virginia Chaos marked its tournament debut with a 1-0 win over Fort Pitt Regiment last night at Charleston's Schoenbaum Stadium to triumph in the first ever Open Cup game held in the Mountain State. Daniel Smee notched the only goal of the game after five minutes.

The Chaos is the reigning champion in the USL Premier Development League's South Atlantic Division. Riverhounds duo Rob Vincent and Sterling Flunder played for the team before signing professional contracts.
