LEESBURG, Va. - Playing in their 14th road match during the 2022 USL Championship Regular Season, LA Galaxy II fell 2-0 to Loudoun United FC at Segra Field on Saturday, Aug. 6.
Goal-Scoring Plays
LDN - Kristian Fletcher (Zoumana Diarra), 63rd minute: Kristian Fletcher latched onto a pass at the top of the box and fired a low shot into the far corner of the net.
LDN - Kristian Fletcher (Aboul Zanne), 85th minute: After Zoumana Diarra beat his marker down the left flank, his centering pass into the middle of the penalty found Kristian Fletcher, who powered his shot into the top right corner of the goal.
Postgame Notes
Following the loss to Loudoun United, the LA Galaxy (9-10-6, 33 points) fell to eighth place in the Western Conference standings, two points behind the seventh place El Paso Locomotive FC (7-6-12, 33 points).
In 14 matches played on the road this season, Los Dos hold a 3-8-3 record.
