
L.C. Walker Arena Partners with Global Spectrum

Muskegon, Mich. - In an effort to increase bookings at the 5,000-seat multi-purpose L.C. Walker Arena, Josh Mervis, Owner and CEO of Logger Hockey and the L.C. Walker Arena, today announced an exclusive booking agreement with Global Spectrum, the fastest-growing firm in the public assembly management field and a subsidiary of the internationally recognized sports and entertainment firm Comcast-Spectacor.

"To have a relationship with a proven industry leader will help us to provide our customers with terrific entertainment options, and will also help us to continue to rebuild the LC Walker Arena as an entertainment destination."
Global Spectrum will bring its incredible industry resources and relationships to the L.C. Walker Arena Center to create new and exciting opportunities for the region by scheduling concerts, family shows, sporting events, trade shows and many other events.
The company manages more than 100 public assembly facilities throughout North America, including the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, Penn.; the University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale, Ariz.; and Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia, Penn.

Walker Sports Arena was built in the late 1950s, and was dedicated to the City of Muskegon on Oct. 27, 1960.
