KURM Again to Broadcast Naturals Games

The Northwest Arkansas Naturals today announced that KURM/AM 790 will again serve as the Naturals flagship broadcast affiliate, and carry all 140 of the Naturals' Texas League contests, including all road and post-season games. Steven Davis, the voice of the Naturals for their Inaugural 2008 season, will continue behind the mike as the lead voice in 2009.

"We are very excited to continue to have our games on KURM," said Eric Edelstein, General Manager of the Northwest Arkansas Naturals. "790 has a great signal, providing for good coverage and ensuring all our fans throughout the area can clearly receive our broadcasts."

KURM will also continue to simulcast of select games on their sister station, 100.3 FM, and games will also be streamed online at www.nwanaturals.com and www.kurm.net. Based in Rogers, KURM is locally owned and can be heard throughout Northwest Arkansas.

"KURM is pleased to again broadcast the Naturals baseball games, and we encourage our listeners to buy season tickets and continue to support this franchise," stated Kermit Womack, Owner and General Manager of KURM.

The Naturals' begin their 2009 regular season slate on April 9th at San Antonio, and will begin their home schedule at Arvest Ballpark on Thursday, April 16th against the San Antonio Missions.
