Neil Musselwhite, Artem Podshendyalov, Colin Chaulk and Kaleigh Schrock each scored Komet goals. Rookie forward Podshendyalov netted a pair of goals for his first markers as a Komet. Podshendyalov scored his pair just 53 seconds apart in the second period and added an assist for a three-point night. Also, Dupuis reached his 1000th Fort Wayne career all-tie game (regular season and playoffs combined) since his first season with the Komets 1991-92.
