
Knights Stadium Going to the Dogs

FORT MILL, S.C. - May 13, 2009 - The Charlotte Knights are opening their doors this Sunday, May 17, to man's best friend. All leashed dogs are invited to come out to watch the Knights take on the Toledo Mud Hens courtesy of BB&T and Frozen Woofys. The first 100 leashed dogs will receive a free dog leash courtesy of BB&T.
Game time is 2:15 p.m. and gates open at 1:00. Tickets for humans start at $7. The game will also feature on-field promotions in which dog owners will compete to win prizes for their pets.
Sunday is also BB&T Family Sunday and after the game kids will get to run the bases courtesy of Discovery Place.
