(Rochester, March 7)... The Rochester Knighthawks will hit the airwaves four times in two days leading up to the Saturday afternoon contest against the rival Buffalo Bandits. Head Coach Mike Hasen and players Stephen Keogh, Joe Walters and Mike Accursi will preview the East Division showdown.

On Thursday, March 8th, Hasen will kick off the interviews with a 4:30 p.m. call-in to the John Di Tullio Show on WHTK 1280-AM, 107.3 FM and whtk.com. The Knighthawks moved within a half game of first place with the victory. Rochester used a four-goal fourth quarter to defeat the first-place Philadelphia Wings 11-8 last Saturday.

At 7:00 p.m. Thursday, rookie Stephen Keogh will join Knabber on Hawk Talk. Keogh notched two goals and two assists in the victory at Philadelphia. The second-overall pick is third on the team with 30 points (12+18). Hawk Talk is the longest running lacrosse radio show. On Friday morning, fans can wake up with the Knighthawks on the BEE Morning Coffee Club on 92.5 FM and www.wbee.com. Keogh and Joe Walters will join Terry, Steve and Newman at 8:00 a.m. to talk about the Buffalo game and the upcoming fundraisers for CURE Childhood Cancer Association. Walters has been hot as of late, scoring two goals and adding four assists in his last two games.

In the evening, veteran sports talk host Bob Matthews will chat with forward Mike Accursi at 6:15 p.m. on WHAM 1180-AM and www.wham1180.com. The 15-year pro led the Knighthawks' comeback Saturday with three of his game-high seven points in the final quarter. He has 28 points in his last six games. Accursi is now two points away from 300 as a Knighthawk and two assists away from 400 as a pro.

The Knighthawks will host the Buffalo Bandits on Saturday, March 10th at 1:05 p.m. at The Blue Cross Arena. The first 5,000 fans will receive light-up thundersticks. The game will be broadcast on Sportsradio 950 ESPN and www.sportsradio950espn.com .
