The Kalamazoo Kings rebounded from Monday's embarrassing loss and took down the Florence Freedom 12-7 Tuesday night. In a unfamiliar situation, the Kings actually took an early lead with a 4 run 1st inning. The offense continued to produce throughout the night, scoring in six of eight innings. Mike Russell hit two doubles and picked up three more RBI, giving him a league leading 60. Joe Ramos continued his hot streak of late, collecting three more hits. He's raised his average 20 points in the past week to .272. Ramos also stole another base, giving him 33 for the season, good for first in the league. John Brownell fought through five tough innings to pick up his tenth win, also first in the league. The Kings are 8-4 since the All Star Break and have a five game lead over Traverse City for first in the East Division
