
Kings To Select 11th In This Week\'s NHL Entry Draft

MANCHESTER, NH â The Los Angeles Kings, the NHL affiliate of the Manchester Monarchs, are scheduled to make 10 selections - including the 11th overall selection in the first-round - during the 2004 NHL Entry Draft, which begins on Saturday (June 26) from the RBC Center in Raleigh, North Carolina. The first day of the draft will consist of rounds 1-3, with the remaining rounds (4-9) taking place on Sunday. Televison coverage of the draft on ESPN2 is slated to begin on Saturday at 12 p.m. The following details the club's round-by-round selections:

5 - 143rd
6 - 174th
7 - 205th
7 - 221st (from Philadelphia)
8 - 238th
9 - 264th (from Columbus)
9 - 271st
