KINGS WIN 3-0 - The Kalamazoo Kings won 3-0 Wednesday night to sweep the Washington Wild Things. Trent Lare threw his second shutout of the season, only allowing five hits and striking out seven. Mike Russell provided all the offense with an RBI double in the sixth to score Joe Ramos who reached on a throwing error with two outs. Then, Russell added a two run HR in the eighth to cap a 3 for 4 night. He continues his tear of the past month with 34 RBI's in only 23 games. The Kings will return Sunday July 27th for a 4:05pm game against the Florence Freedom.
