The Kings beat the Richmond Roosters by a score of 16-2. David McWatters was the winning pitcher going six strong innings giving up six hits and striking out five. Darren Uranga hit a three run homerun in the sixth inning and also had three runs with four RBI's. Darryl Blaze had two hits with three runs scored. Pete Pirman had two hits with two RBI's while Louis Espinoza and Jason Startari also had two hits apiece. The Kings have won 9 of 10 going into the All-Star break making them the hottest team in the league and improving their record to 30-20.
