Kickers to Craft Official Team Beer

RICHMOND, VA - (Tuesday, January 28, 2014) - The Richmond Kickers, in conjunction with Loveland Distributing, are pleased to announce that a partnership with Wild Wolf Brewing Company will craft a limited edition Kickers-specific beer for the 2014 season.

The specialty craft beer will be a distinctive, one-of-a-kind blend, crafted specifically for Richmond Kickers fans. The limited edition beer will be exclusively available during Kickers 2014 home games and will also be featured at participating Kickers official bar partners.

"We are very excited to be partnering with the Richmond Kickers on this beer," said Mary Wolf, Wild Wolf Brewing Company. "It is a great opportunity to create a special beer for the players and the fans - something everyone will enjoy and appreciate. Collaboration beers are a lot of fun; they provide an opportunity for everyone to come together and participate on the end product, creating a memorable experience for all!"

The Kickers-specific beer will be created through the collaborative creativity of brewers, members of the media and Kickers fans, who will visit Wild Wolf Brewing Company in Nelson County, Virginia on January 30. Attendees will enjoy lunch and an exclusive, private day at the brewery where they will get a behind the scenes tour of Wild Wolf Brewery, meet the brewers, participate in brewing and take part in naming the specialty beer.

About Wild Wolf Brewing Company Wild Wolf Brewing Company is one of just a few mother-son breweries in the country. Opening its doors November 11, 2011, the 6000+ square foot facility is located on ten acres in the heart of Nelson County, VA. The property features a restaurant which is housed in the original schoolhouse for Nelson County, a new building housing the brewery and old tobacco barns which have been converted into boutique shops.

Our Brewmaster, Danny Wolf, attended America's oldest brewing school, Siebel Institute of Technology in Chicago, including a month long program in Europe. Danny and our brewery team work tirelessly to create interesting and unique beers. Wild Wolf beers are also distributed across all of Virginia and in D.C. and can be found in many bars and restaurants.
