
Keys and Rocks Rained Out

Wilmington Blue Rocks News Release
Wilmington, DE - The tarp came on the field about 30 minutes before first pitch on Friday and it never came off the field. The game between the Wilmington Blue Rocks and Frederick Keys has been postponed until Saturday as part of a doubleheader. This is the first rainout of the year for the Blue Rocks.
With the rainout, the Blue Rocks will square off in a doubleheader with the Frederick Keys on Saturday starting at 5:05 p.m. Gates will open at 4:30 p.m. Tickets for Friday's game can be exchanged for any Blue Rocks home game within a calendar year.
Game One on Saturday will feature Wilmington RHP Yordano Ventura (2-4, 3.10) and Keys RHP Dylan Bundy (1-0, 3.60). Game Two will show Blue Rocks RHP Greg Billo (4-3, 4.53) and Frederick RHP Kyle Simon (2-6, 4.10). Broadcast coverage begins at 4:35 p.m. as studio host Rob Cunningham brings fans the Rocks Report Pre-game Show, presented by Wawa, on 89.7 WGLS-FM and online at wgls.rowan.edu.
