Kernels and River Bandits Postponed to July 9 Doubleheader

Cedar Rapids, IA - The Cedar Rapids Kernels home game scheduled for Thursday, July 7 against the Quad Cities River Bandits has been postponed to a doubleheader on Saturday, July 9 due to wet grounds.
The Saturday doubleheader will be played as a pair of seven-inning games, with game one set to begin at 5:35 p.m. CT at Veterans Memorial Stadium. Gates will open at 4:30 p.m. CT on Saturday.
Tickets to the originally-scheduled July 7 game can be exchanged at the Kernels Ticket Office for any remaining regular season game in 2022, subject to availability.
