
Kelowna Gets Back on Track with 4-2 Win over Everett

The Kelowna Rockets defeated the Everett Silvertips 4-2 on Wednesday night at Prospera Place, snapping a two game losing skid heading into the final weekend of the Western Hockey League season.
Brett Bulmer and Shane McColgan each had a goal and an assist while Jordon Cooke earned the win in net and was named the game's first star.
Tyson Baillie and Cody Chikie rounded out the scoring for the Rockets who led 2-1 after the first period and added two more goals in the third.
Kelowna closes out the Western Hockey League season with a home and home series against the Vancouver Giants this weekend. The two teams will play in Vancouver on Friday before meeting in Kelowna on Saturday night.
The WHL playoffs will begin the following weekend. The Rockets first round opponent has yet to be determined.
