
K-Wings to Host Colonial Cup Celebration

Kalamazoo, MI- The Kalamazoo Wings, proud members of the United Hockey League and 2005-06 Colonial Cup Champions, announce they will host a Colonial Cup Celebration this Saturday, June 3rd at The Annex, which is located inside of the Wings Stadium Complex.
Festivities, which will begin at 7 p.m., will be open to the public and is FREE. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. and seating will be first-come, first-served. Capacity for the event will be limited to 3,000. The K-Wings are asking that all fans the enter party though The Annex Player Entrance.
Members of the Kalamazoo Wings will be on hand with their newly captured Colonial Cup. Fans will also have the opportunity to purchase Colonial Cup Championship merchandise from Hockey Services.
The night will feature a live DJ and dance floor. Wings Stadium will provide snacks and a Cash Bar. Fans will also have the chance to take pictures with both the Tarry Cup and Colonial Cup.
The Colonial Cup Celebration will cap off a busy day of celebration for the K-Wings. On Saturday morning, the K-Wings will be the Grand Marshals of the 2006 Do-Dah Parade, which will commence at 11 a.m. The parade route will take the K-Wings from Lovell Street to Park Street, Park Street to Michigan Avenue, Michigan Avenue to Pitcher Street and Pitcher Street back to Lovell Street.
