K-Wings and Puckmasters to Host Hockey Camp

Kids of all Ages to Learn Hockey from K-Wings Captain Chad Dameworth

Kalamazoo, MI- The Kalamazoo Wings of the United Hockey League announces they have partnered with Puckmasters to form a Pro Style On-Ice Conditioning Hockey Camp.

The camp will be held the week of July 21st-25th at both the Wings Stadium Complex and Puckmasters. The clinic will be for kids 6 years and older. K-Wings Captain Chad Dameworth, along with Puckmaster's CEO/Regional Director Chris Kooi and various other teaching professionals will be the instructors.

Both players and goalies of all skill levels are invited to participate in the camp. Both Wings Stadium and Puckmaster will serve as host to the five-day clinic. Wings Stadium will serve as the camp's home on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday; while Puckmaster will host the camp on Tuesday and Thursday.

"We will have a wealth of hockey knowledge present to help players of all ages and abilities," said Chad Dameworth. "Whether you have played for 10 years or 10 days this camp will be both beneficial and fun."

Kids will also be split up into age groups. Youths 15 years and older will learn from 10:45 am-Noon. Kids ages 11-14 will be taught from 12:15 pm-1:30 pm, and kids ages 6-10 will learn from 1:45 pm- 3 pm.

The fee for the camp will be $95 and all participants will receive a special commemorative jersey for enrollment. Individuals that would like to register or are looking for more information about the camp should call (269) 372-PUCK (7825).
