MONTREAL - After a deal with defender Jukka Raitala, whose contract ended in 2020 and who was supposed to go through the re-entry draft in December, CF Montréal traded the Finnish defender to Minnesota United FC, on Thursday.
To complete the transaction, CF Montréal acquired the rights to midfielder Andrew Booth, selected 96th (fourth round) in the 2020 MLS SuperDraft, as well as a conditional amount of General Allocation Money.
Transaction: CF Montréal acquired the rights to midfielder Andrew Booth and a conditional amount of General Allocation Money in return for defender Jukka Raitala's MLS rights.
