
Jr. Blues Take Down Brown Bears

The Jr. Blues took the lead when Brady Tomlak got the goal off a Jeff Skinner assist at the 10:45 mark of the first period. In the second period, Brennan Blaszczak scores at the 6:10 mark off assist from Matt Long and Kyle Meeh to make the lead 2-0. Brady Tomlak then scored for the second time on the night off assists Erich Fear and Blaszczak to push the lead to 3-0. Josh Bell then added one more insurance goal at the 10:13 mark of the third period to make the score 4-0, which would be the game's final.
Tommy Nappier had 11 saves in the shutout win.
The same two teams play again on Saturday night.
