
Jon Bubnick named WHL Player of the Week

Regina SK ---- This morning the WHL announced that nineteen-year-old forward Jon Bubnick has been named the Greyhound WHL Player of the Week.
In three games last week, Bubnick scored five goals and three assists in leading the Pats to three straight victories. Bubnick recorded a hat-trick on Friday night vs. Moose Jaw, and scored the Pats first short-handed goal of the season the following night in the second half of a home & home series with the Warriors.
Bubnick leads the Pats in scoring with nineteen points including twelve goals, which ties him for fourth in the WHL.
Jon & the Pats return to action tomorrow night when they host the Tri-City Americans, beginning at 7:00PM at the Agridome.
