December 21, 2017 - ECHL (ECHL)
Colorado Eagles News Release
WINDSOR, CO. - The Colorado Eagles, proud affiliate of the Colorado Avalanche, announced today that forward Michael Joly has been recalled by the team's AHL affiliate, the San Antonio Rampage. The 22 year-old has generated 20 goals, 11 assists and is playing at a +17 through his first 25 games with the Eagles this season.
Joly's 20 goals and six power-play tallies currently lead the ECHL, while his five game-winning goals are good for 2nd in the league and his 31 points rank 4th. Earlier this season, the 22 year-old assembled a 12-game point streak, while also scoring at least one goal in eight straight contests, tying a team record originally set in 2006 by Greg Pankewicz. During his time with the Rampage, the Gatineau, Quebec native has registered two shots in one appearance.
The Eagles return to action on Wednesday, December 20th at 7:05pm when they face the Utah Grizzlies at the Budweiser Events Center.
