
Joliet Slammers To Host College Fair On August 26

Joliet, IL -The Joliet Slammers, presented by ATI Physical Therapy, announced they will host a college fair on Wednesday, August 26. The following colleges and universities are scheduled to be in attendance:
Blackburn College, Bradley University, Concordia University-Chicago, Eastern Illinois University, Elmhurst College, Eureka College, Governors State University, Holy Cross College at Notre Dame, Joliet Jr. College, Lewis University, National Louis University, Northern Illinois University, North Central College, Robert Morris University, Southern Illinois University-Carbondale, St. Joseph's College, Trinity Christian College, and University of St. Francis
"Our goal is to bring college admissions representatives and high schools students together in a fun environment," sales representative Shawn Hardy said.
Colleges and universities will have tables set up around the concourse. The college fair will begin at 6PM when the gates of Silver Cross Field open and will run until 7:30PM. Those wishing to attend the fair will need a ticket to the Slammers game that evening. The Slammers will play the Schaumburg Boomers with the first pitch at 7:05PM.

College representatives looking to have a table at the college fair should contact Shawn Hardy.
The Joliet Slammers presented by ATI Physical Therapy play at Silver Cross Field in downtown Joliet, Illinois, and are members of the professional, independent Frontier League. The Frontier League is a 14-team league entering its 23rd season of play in 2015.
