Bossier-Shreveport Mudbugs News Release
Before we officially say goodbye to the 2007-08 Central Hockey League season, the Bossier-Shreveport Mudbugs would like to extend an invitation to all Mudbugs fans to our 2008 Year End Salute scheduled for on Thursday evening at CenturyTel Center . Starting at 6:00 pm, the event will feature one last chance to see the 07-08 Mudbugs and recognize some of their great achievements. Join the Mudbugs roster of players, coaches, front office staff and owner John Madden as we say thank you to all the loyal fans of Mudbug Nation!
Relive some of the memorable moments of 2007-08 as each member of the team is recognized for his contributions. John Madden, Head Coach Scott Muscutt, and the team captains will also be speaking at the event, which will be hosted by Mudbugs radio voice Travis Huntington. Players will also be available to visit with fans and sign autographs on the arena floor of the CenturyTel Center .
The Year-End Salute will also be your last chance to own a unique piece of Mudbugs history, as the home white and road black game-worn jerseys of every player on the team will be up for auction during Thursday night's activities.
Doors will open at 5:30 pm with the event beginning promptly at 6:00. The CenturyTel Center will also have a concession stand available with snacks and drinks for purchase.
Come out on Thursday evening as we welcome the fans to CenturyTel Center for the final time this season for the Mudbugs Year-End Salute!
