Yuma Scorpions News Release
Host families have been a part of the "minor league baseball experience" in hometown communities since its beginning. And with the arrival of the Yuma Scorpions season fast approaching, you now have a chance to share in that experience for the first time!
If you are interested in hosting a Yuma Scorpions player (mid May through August), please contact the Yuma Scorpions office and request a questionnaire today.
Our "Host Family Program" provides players the opportunity to receive a valuable education about the lifestyle of Yuma, and in turn, the host gets an inside look into the life of a minor league baseball player.
Host families are asked to provide accommmodations for the player(s). In return, the host family will receive two season ticket and other exclusive benefits.
For more information, please contact Tana Adams, at the Yuma Scorpions office at (928) 257-4700 or by email at tadams@goldenbaseball.com.
