The Anderson Joes snapped a three-game losing streak with a 6-1 win over the Charlotte County Redfish on Friday night.
The Joes received five innings of one-run ball from starter Tyler Addison, who earned his first win of the year. Heath Keel hit a two-run home run, his third of the year for the Joes, as part of a three-run third inning that put the Anderson ahead for good. Brandon Carter also helped the Joes cause, going 2-for-4 with two runs and one RBI.
The teams meet for the rubber match of the series Saturday night at 7:05.
